Oral history, 1991.

Interview conducted by Michael Van Wagenen as part of the World War II Homefront Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 19 October 1991. Packer talks about growing up in Franklin, Idaho, the effects of the depression during the 1930's, his work on a Utah State Agricultural College dairy farm, and World War II and the effects it had on his life.
